Donna has over 20 years of experience in the non-profit industry. She has a knack for understanding people and their needs in working towards achieving their goals, which is a key reason that her company has been so successful – growing from just one staff member to over 20 full-time employees.
Jay brings an extensive technology background to the unique problems facing the non-profits today. His background includes helping put GPS on golf carts, manufacturing computer memory chips, delivering the initial Apple iPod shuffle, and assisting Fortune 100 companies in solving enterprise technology problems. Jay leads a team of talented technology developers at SSU. His team is your technology team—taking the time to understand your needs and deliver results which otherwise may not be available to your association. They love challenges and stand ready to provide objective analysis and advice throughout your technology strategy.
Limin ensures data integrity for all of our clients. He develops websites and tool portals for SSU clients and staff and provides essential assistance in the development of all SSU technology.
Levan oversees the brand development and marketing campaigns for all SSU clients. She is the creative force behind our web design, logo creation and tradeshow branding projects. Levan transform your ideas and concepts into imagery, storylines and brand positioning.
Mary works with boards and committees to seamlessly deliver events and manage governance activities for SSU’s clients. She coordinates board, committee and annual general meetings and manages post-meeting actions and accountabilities. She determines event requirements and assists with planning, including liaising with speakers, sponsors and attendees and negotiating contracts with venues and suppliers.
Lee-Ann assists with membership processing and maintenance. She knows our database processes inside and out and is skilled at cleaning up and maintaining member data. She has worked for SSU through its constant evolution from paper to web and has a deep understanding of improving efficiencies.
Kilee provides essential support to our operations team. She assists with event preparation, customer service, and general office administration, making her familiar with all aspects of our operations
Alice works with our staff and clients to create eye-catching and functional marketing and communications materials, from eblasts to conference brochures, pop-up banners and flyers. She manages our email marketing lists and systems and oversees the email marketing calendar.
Christina helps to facilitate member engagement and promote association events through effective communication materials. She writes and edits event notices, maintains client web content and job postings, engages followers on social media, and handles member inquiries. Christina also handles event registration and preparation for our many client events throughout the year.
Holly manages and develops effective communication strategies that uphold the voices and standards of our clients. She oversees online and social media strategy, as well as writing and editing content for newsletters, news releases and other communications materials. She also manages the marketing for Dashboard, our association management technology platform.

Suzanne provides essential support to your members. She handles membership processing and maintenance including coordinating new membership applications and annual renewals. She also responds to member queries and facilitates other membership-related tasks.
Doreen is the Bookkeeper/Accountant for all SSU clients. She works closely with each Treasurer as well as the year-end accountants and auditors. Doreen provides monthly reports to the Board of Directors to help them make sound financial decisions.
